Send a published survey by link, email, in-app notification or SMS, and set a pulse cadence for surveys that repeat. Email goes out from a connected Google Workspace account, and SMS from a CallSync phone number.
Scores, trends and themes
See promoters, passives and detractors, rating and scale averages and a weekly trend. When you ask, written answers are grouped into themes, each marked with a sentiment label.
Anonymous or named
An anonymous survey shows only group results, and only once the number of answers passes a threshold you set. A named survey keeps identifiable responses and can be exported as CSV.

Sending a request doesn’t create a workspace, and every request is reviewed before anyone is given access.
