Client details, contacts and deals in one shared record

Company details, contacts, notes, activities and deals live together, so a colleague can pick up a client relationship where someone else left off. Someone covering a holiday can read the notes and see which follow-ups are late. Your assistant Eva can find and read the client records you have access to.

What a client record holds

A profile for every client

Each client has an industry, a status, tags and notes that the whole team can see.

Contacts attached to the company

Add the people you deal with, mark the main contact and note their job title. Contacts have their own page.

Log what happened, and what is next

Record a call, email, meeting, task or note against a client and give it a due date. It shows as overdue until someone ticks it off.

Deal values beside the relationship

For each deal, record its value, stage, chance of winning and the date you expect it to close. Deals keep their own activity list.

Works with

  • A deal in Deals can be linked to a client, and the deal page links back to that client's record.
  • Onboarding can start a client's onboarding from their record and its contact.

When you request access, tell us which client relationship a colleague should be able to pick up.

Sending a request doesn’t create a workspace, and every request is reviewed before anyone is given access.
