Approve supplier invoices and see the books for each entity
Approve supplier invoices, record expenses and run reports for each legal entity. Reports are built from your general ledger, the main record of your accounts.
From invoice to report
Supplier invoices wait for your decision
Invoices come in through a connected Gmail finance inbox, or you upload them. Each one waits in a queue for you to approve or reject, in its own currency.
From receipt to expense
Record expenses by vendor and category, and filter them by date. An uploaded receipt goes to a review queue, and approving it creates the linked expense.
Reports for the entity you pick
Choose a legal entity and a date range to see profit and loss, a balance sheet, a trial balance and a cash summary.
Tax from the ledger
VAT, GST and sales-tax rates and returns are calculated from your ledger, for whichever legal entity you choose.
