Each project gets its own workspace
A Project Hub gives a project one place for its tasks, chat, calendar, folders, documents, members, mailbox and feed, with an overview of open tasks and upcoming events. A project manager can see everything for one project together, and a delivery team can work with a client's people as invited guests.

The hub has tabs for overview, tasks, plan, chat, calendar, folders, documents, members, mailbox, feed and settings. The overview shows recent tasks, upcoming events, recent chat and documents at a glance.
Choose who gets in
Members can be owner, admin, member or viewer, and you can invite external guests. A hub can be private, team-wide or organisation-wide.
A plan drafted from the hub chat
Your assistant Eva can draft a plan from the hub chat for you to review and edit. Approving it creates the tasks.
Works with
- The project's tasks from Project Management are listed in the hub, and you can work on them without leaving it.
- Folders from Folders show under the hub's Folders tab, and people with viewer access can read them but can't add new ones.
When you request access, tell us which project you'd bring together first.
Sending a request doesn’t create a workspace, and every request is reviewed before anyone is given access.
