Request and review documents from the people you invite
Create a data room from a template of sections and fields, invite people by email with their own access link, and collect their answers and file uploads. A room can set a default expiry for invited people and can encrypt the answers they submit. A reviewer can approve, deny or ask for more information.
How a room keeps things in order
Reuse a template
Start each room from a template of sections and fields. The template's security defaults set the link expiry and encryption.
Each section belongs to a role
Every section is tied to a party role, so each person sees only their own section. You can add colleagues to a room by person or by department.
Invite several parties, review what comes in
Each party you invite by email gets their own link. A review party approves or denies what arrives, and each room has its own chat.
Set when links expire
Set a default expiry for the links you give invited parties, so access ends when it should.
Ask for the fields you need
Define the fields each party must complete and set a deadline for the room. You can see who has submitted, and a reviewer can ask a party for more.
When you request access, tell us who you'd invite into your first data room.
Sending a request doesn’t create a workspace, and every request is reviewed before anyone is given access.
