Books Portals opens a workspace for each legal entity and fiscal year. It holds a document checklist, uploads, statutory filing packets and invite links for your bookkeeper, and you can ask your assistant Eva about the figures. A founder can give her bookkeeper one place to upload and review a year's books.

Each legal entity and fiscal year gets its own portal with a checklist and places to upload documents. The invite page can carry your brand colour and logo.
Invite your bookkeeper
Send a bookkeeper an invite link. Each link opens one portal, and you can copy it again from the portal's Invites tab.
Filing packets once the year is approved
Generate filing packets for the UK, US federal, California, Australia, New Zealand and India. Each packet has the form PDFs, machine-readable files and due dates, so you can see when each return is due.
Ask Eva about a figure
Ask Eva questions about the figures in a portal's uploaded statements.
When you request access, tell us which year's books your bookkeeper should open.
Sending a request doesn’t create a workspace, and every request is reviewed before anyone is given access.
