From the first investor email to the closed round
Keep a capital raise in one place: the round, the investors you are talking to, the data room they see, and the conversations in between. A founder can see every investor conversation together, and a company can run more than one round at once.
Running a round
Track each round
For each round, track the target amount, instrument, status, target close date and a health score. Rounds, investors, linked mail, round chat and the data room all connect to the same round.
Know where each investor stands
Note each investor's fund, status, temperature, tags and notes.
A data room for each investor
Investment data rooms carry your branding. Each investor gets a personal link, which can ask for a password or an NDA, and any link can be switched off.
Update a round by typing
Type an update about a round and the round and investor records change to match. You can undo what was applied. Commitment changes of $50k or more, and any change to committed status, wait for approval.
When you request access, tell us about the round you're raising.
Sending a request doesn’t create a workspace, and every request is reviewed before anyone is given access.
