Documents that anyone can check by scanning a code on each stamped PDF
Stamp a PDF with a QR verification code and share it by email or secure link. You can see who opened it. Anyone who receives it can scan the code and check its verification record without making an account. A training provider could use this so employers can check certificates themselves.
Stamping, sharing and following a document
Each stamped PDF carries its own code
Every stamped PDF gets its own verification code and QR code. Scanning it opens the verification record, and a document you have revoked says so.
Share by email or secure link
Each secure link can have a password, an expiry date, a watermark and a download setting. You can also ask the viewer to accept an NDA before they open it.
See who read it, and how far
Find out who opened a shared document, which pages they read, how long they stayed and whether they downloaded it.
Watermark the reader's own details
If you want, the viewer's email and the date and time appear across a secure document while they read it.
Keep documents in folders, share a whole space
Sort documents into folders and search by name, reference or description. Put several secure documents in one branded space and share it through a single link, with its own password, expiry and NDA.
